Some documents you upload may contain protected health information as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Account Information
If you create an optional account, we collect your email address and a password. Account creation is not required to use the Service.
Payment Information
We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payment transactions. ClaimCompass does not store your credit card number, debit card number, or full payment card information. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Service Providers

We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
