Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ClaimCompass website at myclaimcompass.ai and the services provided thereon (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClaimCompass, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("ClaimCompass," "we," "us," or "our").

ClaimCompass does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind.The appeal letters, analyses, and documents generated by ClaimCompass are intended to assist you in preparing your own appeal or response. They do not constitute legal advice. The use of ClaimCompass does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and ClaimCompass or any of its employees, contractors, or affiliates.For legal advice specific to your situation, you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
Description of Service
ClaimCompass provides an AI-powered platform that:Analyzes denial letters, official notices, and related documents that you upload.Generates a viability score and plain-English explanation of your denial.Generates personalized appeal letters, escalation letters, and response documents based on your uploaded materials.The free analysis service is provided at no charge. The Complete Appeal, which includes personalized appeal letters and escalation letters, is provided upon purchase for $49 per case.
User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:You are at least 18 years of age or are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.You have the legal right to upload any documents you submit to the Service.The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.You will not use the Service to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or circumvent any aspect of the Service.
Payment TermsPricing
The Complete Appeal is priced at $49 per case. This is a one-time payment. There are no subscription fees, recurring charges, or automatic renewals associated with the Complete Appeal purchase.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. ClaimCompass does not store your complete payment card information.
Refund Policy
Given the nature of AI-generated appeal documents, which are generated and delivered digitally upon purchase, all sales are final. ClaimCompass does not offer refunds after a Complete Appeal letter has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your generated letter, please contact us at steve@myclaimcompass.ai and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Intellectual PropertyClaimCompass Platform
The Service, including its design, software, AI models, content, and all related intellectual property, is owned by ClaimCompass, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant ClaimCompass a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. ClaimCompass does not claim ownership of your documents or the appeal letters generated for you based on your content.
Generated Appeal Letters
The appeal letters and documents generated for you through the Service are delivered to you for your personal use in pursuing your appeal or dispute. You may reproduce, print, and file these documents in connection with your own appeal. You may not resell, redistribute, or use generated documents to create competing products or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ClaimCompass makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. ClaimCompass makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any appeal letter generated by the Service for your specific situation.ClaimCompass does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of a generated appeal letter. Appeal outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the specific policies, guidelines, and decisions of insurers, government agencies, and reviewing bodies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClaimCompass, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of benefits, loss of income, or unfavorable appeal outcomes, even if ClaimCompass has been advised of the possibility of such damages.ClaimCompass's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClaimCompass in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClaimCompass, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your email address if you have provided one. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
