Our position
ClaimCompass does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose. Because we do not sell or share your personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. This page exists to confirm that position clearly and to provide California residents with a direct channel for all privacy rights requests.
What we do share — and why
To operate ClaimCompass, we share data with the following service providers under strict data processing agreements:

None of these providers receive your data for their own marketing or commercial use. They receive only what is necessary to deliver the service you requested.

- Delete personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights
